• Didn’t have to go into work but still had to work.
• Late start. Walked to a cafe with my current foster dog
• Had odd eye contact with the barista and could not hear a word he was saying?
• FaceTimed with a stranger to inspect her apartment, to see if it is safe for a dog. I now work as a part-time foster applications manager. Long title I know.
• Left cafe and picked up dog poop on the way back. Bystanders watched. Out of disgust or just because there was nothing else to look at from their idling cars.
• Passed a man in a yellow coat banging a broom against a lamp-post, made me nostalgic for winter recess in elementary school – they would force the students to stand outside for 30 minutes so my friends and I named every lamp post in the parking lot for fun.
• Finally deleted dropbox from my life…
• Worked … A little.
• Watched Mrs. Masel drink a scotch and so I craved a scotch, I don’t even like scotch. BUT I’m going to be sober for January…maybe. Just to see if I can.
• Walked the dog again
• Wrote some notes
• Read half a walt witman poem
• Commented on an instagram posted by SUNY Purchase
• Wished I had a planner.
• Craved Target to get a planner
